Job Description

Based in Richmond, BC, our client is an established retailer that has been in business for the past 10 years. They are currently looking to add a HRIS Manager to their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience.

About the Position

  • Act as the primary owner of UKG platforms, including Core HR, Payroll, Learning, and People Analytics, as well as the Workforce Management system. (WFM)

  • Establish and maintain the HRIS roadmap and system strategy.

  • Oversee configuration and ongoing maintenance of WFM functions, including time tracking, scheduling, attendance, and labour management.

  • Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate flow of data from WFM into payroll systems, including validation of earnings codes, pay rules, and system mappings.

  • Manage system setup, configuration, and workflow design within HRIS platforms
