Job Description
The HRIS Implementation Specialist – Reports & Integrations is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining HRIS reports, dashboards, and data integrations to support business intelligence, operational reporting, and seamless data exchange between HR systems and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy standard and custom HRIS reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain data integrations between HRIS platforms and payroll, benefits, finance, and other downstream systems.
- Configure and monitor data feeds using APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools (e.g. SingleComm, Workday Studio).
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting and data requirements.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems during implementation and post-go-live.
