Position Summary

The HRIS Implementation Specialist - Core HCM is responsible for supporting the migration, configuration, and implementation of the Core Human Capital Management (HCM) module. This role ensures the accuracy of employee master data, organizational structure, and system workflows while supporting a seamless transition from the legacy system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support configuration of employee data, position management, and organizational hierarchies.
• Support and manage data migration and validation for employee records and organizational structures.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to define business rules and workflows.
