Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)
Role Responsibilities
Act as a business advisor on the functional build of the UKG Workforce Pro solution
Work with the payroll and time system SMEs to build out the UKG configuration workbooks
Provide technical expertise and guidance on build options for specific business requirements
Functional administration of the UKG Pro Workforce Management
Develop time and pay rules in alignment with Enterprise Agreements in collaboration with Industrial relations and employment relations.
Unit test configuration against the configuration workbooks
Develop user stories and test cases in alignment with functional specifications
Interpret Enterprise Bargaining Agreement and Awards for the Meat Industry
Ensure compliance with industrial instruments and relevant payroll legislation.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
