Job Description
This role plays a key part in generating workforce insights, identifying trends, and delivering meaningful reporting to support business decisions. Working closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders, the Data Analyst will translate data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership & Reporting
- Partner with stakeholders to understand and define data and reporting requirements
- Prepare workforce reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data
- Deliver timely insights and follow up with stakeholders on outcomes
- Present findings, recommendations, and trends to business leaders
Data Analysis & Insights
- Apply statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and actionable insights
