Job Description

  1. PURPOSE

The role is to support the design, development, and configuration of the next-generation AI HR Executive platform that will serve as the primary HR interface across the company. This platform covers the full employee lifecycle from workforce planning to offboarding and will leverage Microsoft Fabric and AI-powered conversational interfaces. The HRIS Consultant will ensure that digital HR workflows are implemented accurately, meet compliance and policy requirements, and align with enterprise-wide digital transformation goals.
