Job Description

Manage payroll compliance and reporting as an HRIS and Payroll Coordinator. Exhibit your technical proficiency in HRIS systems, especially UKG, while ensuring accurate payroll operations.
In this role, you will support end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the Senior HRIS & Payroll Specialist to conduct data audits and optimize HR functions. Your analytical skills will help identify discrepancies, paving the way for enhanced processes and improved reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with payroll processing for both U.S. and Canadian employees
• Establish and maintain tax accounts with relevant agencies
• Manage wage garnishments and off-cycle payroll transactions
• Aid in year-end reporting like T4s and W-2s
• Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in HRIS
