The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Data Analytics Manager is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of HRIS. This is a strategic role that is responsible for delivering data insights for HR strategies, workforce planning, and decision-making, at the same time driving automation, and enhancing HR analytics capabilities within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, integration and configuration of HRIS and core HR processes.
  • Ensure data integrity to include quality, accuracy, security, and consistency of HR data by implementing adequate processes, audits and backup systems.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and lead the development of advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to support HR functions.
