Job Description

Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced HRIS Analysts or HR Data Analysts for 12 month contract for a part time contract. This role offers flexibility and the chance to lead HR system optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance HRIS functionality (BambooHR).
  • Roll out new features and self-service tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance through regular audits.
  • Deliver HR reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Support employee lifecycle updates and provide system training.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years’ HRIS or HR analytics experience.
  • Strong technical and reporting skills (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
  • Familiarity with BambooHR or similar systems.
  • Experience with Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency is essential
