Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design and workforce planning.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Develop and improve performance management systems based on KPIs and company values.
• Manage learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and employer branding.
