Job Description
The Human Resources and General Affairs (HRGA) Jr. Supervisor is responsible for providing comprehensive support in Human Resources and General Affairs functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, HR compliance, reporting, and administrative operations. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery, promotes positive employee relations, supports organizational effectiveness, and ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain, update, and ensure the safekeeping of employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
- Handle documentation related to employee movements such as promotions, transfers, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Prepare Certificates of Employment and other employment-related documents upon request.
