Job Description

•Complex Payroll Management: Manage and verify end-to-end payroll processes for both Thai and expatriate employees, handling complex compensation structures with multiple pay components.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Calculate and validate statutory deductions, including withholding tax (PND.1), social security, provident fund, student loan fund (SLF), and other deductions, ensuring 100% legal accuracy and compliance.
• Expat Compensation & Benefits: Manage expatriate compensation, benefits, and tax matters, including gross-up calculations, housing allowances, and customized benefit packages.
