The opportunity


We’re looking for someone like you who has the autonomy to become a key partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a Retained Ops strategy to deliver the end-to-end Core HR processes across your portfolio.
You will be also be overseeing and collaborating with various stakeholders on vendor management.

Your key responsibilities
• A thorough knowledge & understanding of HR policies & procedures, equal opportunity & employment legislation related to retained operations
• Work back with Leadership and support HR lead on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
• Manage Core HR functionality across businesses
• Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact
