Job Description

  • Managing the annual training budget.
  • Surveying the needs of employees in each department every year.
  • Organizing the orientation plan for new employees.
  • Developing a career path plan for the talent pool.
  • Preparing a coaching plan for manager/supervisor levels
  • Preparing a summary report on training results.
  • Conducting a comparative analysis of training in each course.
  • Preparing and submitting training reports to the Department of Skill Development.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management or any related field. 
  • At least 10 years of experience at the managerial level.
  • Strong knowledge of HRD is a must.
