Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead end‑to‑end retail hiring strategies, including pipeline building, campus partnerships, quality standards, cost control, and compliance. - Talent, Succession & Capability Development:
Identify high‑potential retail talent, drive succession planning for key roles, and ensure structured development and readiness through targeted training. - Performance & Productivity Management:
