Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
    Lead end‑to‑end retail hiring strategies, including pipeline building, campus partnerships, quality standards, cost control, and compliance.
  • Talent, Succession & Capability Development:
    Identify high‑potential retail talent, drive succession planning for key roles, and ensure structured development and readiness through targeted training.
  • Performance & Productivity Management:
    Drive a performance‑based culture by setting clear KRAs, monitoring store productivity and remuneration costs, and implementing reward and recognition programs.
