Job Description
The HRBP Manager will partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals and support a structured, performance-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with department leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational needs.
- Provide HR guidance on policies, people practices, engagement, retention, and employee development.
- Support leaders in addressing people concerns in a fair, consistent, and HR-compliant manner.
- Analyze people trends, employee feedback, and business requirements to recommend practical HR solutions.
- Lead or support HR initiatives related to culture, change management, talent development, and employee experience.
