Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner Manager performs Human Resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Talent Management, Employee Relations, Training, Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, HRIS, HR Analytics, Change and Organizational Development, HR Policy and Compliance, Case Management and Compensation and Benefit programs.
The HRBP also acts as a strategic link between the HR department and specific business units, aligning HR initiatives with overall business priorities.
