HRBP for an expanding BPO player within the IT industry, up to 13kYour new company
Alarge IT industry player that is massively expanding its business across South
East Asia working closely to drive and enhance its business structure to
support larger untouched countries.
Your new role
Your main responsibility would be to operate as an effective business partner between the HR team and their Tech department. Managing the core business and department, we are looking for skilled talents able to be hands-on in setting up processes where required and managing high expectations from demanding stakeholders. Experience in assisting businesses to transition from a large SME to an internationally operating business is a massive advantage to this role. Your scope would be 50-60% HRBP and 40-50% HR Operations but with a large COE team. This is a new position requiring a dynamic, agile and business-oriented individual.
