Supports the Facility as HR business partner in all activities related to keep employees engaged andretained, such as labor relations conflict management, talent acquisition, performance management,
engagement programs, communication programs, rewards and recognition, employee events, payroll
related issues, HR services (transportation and cafeteria) and union support on timely manner and with high
service standards.

• Participate along with Sr. Human Resources Manager in planning and executing strategies for
department functions.
• Talent Retention: Facilitates HR programs related to reduce turnover, absenteeism and keep
employees engaged.
• On boarding Process: follow up on the 3-day orientation check list to ensure that Direct or Indirect
labor employee has all basic tools to do their job (id badge, transportatio...
