HRBP Intern - Global Brands, HR4HR and Capability

& Impact COTY is transforming how we work, grow talent, and build future-ready HR capabilities. We are looking for a curious, hands-on HR Business Partner Intern to support Global Consumer Brands as well as our HR4HR and HR Capability agenda to start in March/April. 

Global Consumer Brands sit at the heart of Coty’s portfolio, shaping innovation, speed, and execution across iconic brands in Color, Mass Fragrance, and beyond. At the same time, HR4HR and HR Capability focus on strengthening how HR operates globally — building skills, tools, and ways of working that enable HR teams to perform at their best. As an intern, you will gain exposure to both the business-facing HRBP role and the internal HR transformation agenda, supporting key people processes, day-to-day HR operations, and capability-building initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn how HR partners with the business and how HR evolves itself.
