Recruitment: •Execute recruiting support for respective Business Units / Functions to meet fast-growing talent recruitment needs •Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process and develop an effective candidate pipeline for all positions including senior management positions through multiple sourcing channels •Conduct in-take sessions, screening and interviews of candidates as well as perform detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates •Manage the entire offer process including presentation, selection, negotiation and ensuring successful placements •Stay informed of external market trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to have a competitive edge Talent Management: •Support line manager in driving performance management and key talent process such as setting PMP, collecting result and calibrating performance.
