The HR Business Partner - Karnataka will drive end-to-end HR operations and talent acquisition for 20-25 branches across the region. The role involves 60% recruitment and 40% HRBP responsibilities , ensuring smooth staffing, employee engagement, and compliance.

  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media & agencies.
