Job Description

Our multinational Technology client in Dublin city centre has an exciting requirement for an experienced HR Business Partner, specialising in Employee Relations, for a 4 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for supporting business leaders for employee relations across EMEA & LATAM. You will be responsible for case management aligned relevant employment law, and providing business partnership support. Hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH.

RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED

  • Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders
  • Case Management of ER related issues
  • Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems 
  • Lead the performance management processes
  • Management of investigations, grievances disciplinaries. 
  • Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions
