Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capability Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practice Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives The Ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) Lead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislation Experience advising and supporting managers on HR best practices Proven ability to contribute to the development of HR polic...
