Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive HR generalist support throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, absence, and capability
  • Advise managers on Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Support organisational change, restructures, and consultation processes
  • Coach and develop managers to enhance people management capabilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and people initiatives
  • The Ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
  • A CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
  • Lead and manage employee relations cases in line with Irish legislation
  • Experience advising and supporting managers on HR best practices
