The role will focus on performance management, promotion readiness, and succession planning.



The role is accountable for defining and executing the Assurance people strategy, ensuring the Center builds and sustains strong leadership capability, talent pipelines, and a high‑performing, quality‑focused workforce aligned to PH and Territory priorities.



Owns leadership pipeline development, promotion readiness, succession planning, and people-related quality and risk outcomes, partnering closely with Territory stakeholders, Leaders, and local leadership to enable consistent, scalable delivery and a strong people experience.



QUALIFICATIONS

> Bachelor's graduate

> At least 10 to 15 years of experience in senior people leadership, talent strategy, or professional services environments
