The HR AND GA MANAGER/ HRBP will report directly to the Thai CEO and HQ management team and will be responsible for the following key functions:
Administrative Controlling all HR activities and company regulations to comply with Thai labor laws.Supervising and inputting on general administrative management. Compensation & Benefit Reviewing compensation and benefits as well as payroll operation.Assessing the local market through surveys and networking, analyzing results, and making recommendations for changes including structure design.Participating in designing programs to develop a competitive reward system, and compensation & Benefits systems.
