Responsibilities

  • Assisting in human resources initiatives and by doing so helping ensure a results-oriented culture performance-strong on leadership capability, the culture of integrity, passion, and entrepreneurialism.
  • In conjunction with the HR Manager guiding employees and management on employee relations issues such as performance management, employee development, training, succession planning, etc.
  • Providing administrative and coordinative support in recruiting talent into the organization.
  • Assisting with HR administration including headcount reporting, new hires process, exit process, salary survey submissions, performance management tracking, etc.
  • Maintaining database and employee records of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay, and/or title changes. Review changes according to policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and timely actions. Work with HR Man...
