Responsibilities
Assisting in human resources initiatives and by doing so helping ensure a results-oriented culture performance-strong on leadership capability, the culture of integrity, passion, and entrepreneurialism.In conjunction with the HR Manager guiding employees and management on employee relations issues such as performance management, employee development, training, succession planning, etc. Providing administrative and coordinative support in recruiting talent into the organization. Assisting with HR administration including headcount reporting, new hires process, exit process, salary survey submissions, performance management tracking, etc.Maintaining database and employee records of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay, and/or title changes.
