Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
  • Managing and coordinating employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture and maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations; Collaborating with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Developing and delivering HR training programs to ensure employee development and retention.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
