Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.Advising and supporting managers and employees on HR related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.Managing and coordinating employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture and maintain employee satisfaction.Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations; Collaborating with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.Developing and delivering HR training programs to ensure employee development and retention.
