Job Purpose The HR and WPS Admin provides essential administrative support to both HR and Workplace Service functions. The role ensures smooth execution of training programs, employee engagement activities, and workplace operations, contributing to an efficient and positive employee experience. Main Responsibilities HR Support • Coordinate and manage training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor engagement. • Management procurement for HR activities (PO/PR) related to training and employee engagement. • Support employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, events, and communications. • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports to support HR operations. Workplace Service Support • Provide administrative support to the WPS lead and ensure efficient and facility management. • Coordinate with vendors to restock office supplies, ensuring cost-efficiency and availability. • Manage PR/PO processes and ensure timely utility payments to prevent service disruptions....
