Job Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the organization's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and workforce plans.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on organizational design, talent management, performance, employee relations, compensation actions, and workforce planning.

  • Lead all employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, career development, and offboarding.

  • Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement programs.
