Roles and Responsibilities:

Capgemini is seeking a Director level executive to join the HR and Employee Experience team. This person will lead a team of 15 consultants and scale the team aggressively in terms of headcount and sales.

The candidate should have a sales and leadership mindset;
the firm seeks a strongleader who can articulate a vision, and also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).

The role demands a high level of autonomy;
the ideal candidate should be able to work independently to build sales offers, take offers to markets and clients, solution for questions related to below, and run deal cycles independently.
