Designs and delivers learning programs, conducts TNA, evaluates training results, and builds employee capability.

Main Responsibilities:

· Develop annual training plan

· Facilitate onboarding & workshops

· Conduct Training Needs Analysis

· Coordinate external providers

· Track attendance, certificates, and evaluation results

· Support leadership development & soft-skills training

Qualifications:

· Psychology / HR / Education / Behavioral Science

· Experience facilitating group learning

· Strong communication and documentation skills
