JOB SUMMARY

Assists in providing high level of administrative support functions and develops ways to improve efficiency in the daily process of the Team.

  1. Helps identify, plan, organize, evaluate and direct a comprehensive array of knowledge, skills and attitude/values development programs for employees to keep them equipped, engaged and enabled.

  2. Conducts Learning Need Analysis and provides periodic evaluation to the Training Manager and P&O Director.
