Are you studying Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field at a University of Applied Sciences and looking to begin your career in HR? Beneq is looking for a HR Trainee to join our People & Culture team in Espoo.
This internship gives you a unique overview of how a global HR function operates in an international B2B technology environment. You'll work closely with a small, approachable team: VP, People & Culture and People Operations Lead. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning by doing, isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, and wants real hands-on HR experience.
What you'll do
As an HR Intern, you'll support day-to-day People Operations and gain broad exposure to the employee lifecycle. Your tasks may include:
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes and ensuring smooth employee experience.
Supporting updates related to employee changes (promotions, transfers, contracts).
