- Coordinate with employees for attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational tasks.
- Support HR team in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, HR letters, and reports.
- Support day-to-day HR operational activities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate onboarding & induction for new joiners
