Mission
Take full ownership of the end-to-end management of internal and external training within a container terminal environment.
This role acts as the central governance point for training, ensuring that learning initiatives are well planned, efficiently executed, data-driven and clearly aligned with HR, Operational, Safety standards and Business objectives.
Main responsibilities
Manage the annual training plan, ensuring alignment with all department priorities, legal requirements and business goals.
Manage external training needs, including supplier coordination and evaluation of outcomes.
Ensure proper organization, scheduling and execution of external/internal training actions.
Act as LMS administrator, with responsibility for system configuration, user management, training structures and reporting.
Coordinate and oversee all internal training activities, working closely with Operations and Engineering.
