As part of the HR Technology organization, the HR Systems Security Analyst is a recognized expert in Workday Security, HR technology governance, and identity and access management. This role is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security and access controls across Workday and other HR technology platforms. The position partners closely with HR, HRIT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient solutions that support business objectives while safeguarding employee data.
