Role Purpose
To manage and stabilize evolving HR Technology ecosystem during a phase of significant transformation, while progressively transitioning into a strategic HR Tech leadership role. The incumbent will handle day-to-day HR technology operations, vendor coordination, system integrations, and stabilization of new platforms.

Key Responsibilities
HR Technology Operations & Stabilization
• Act as the single point of contact for HR technology platforms including:
o New-age HCM platform
o Outsourced payroll with integrated attendance & leave
o Cornerstone LMS (Learning & Talent)
• Manage post-implementation stabilization of the new HCM platform, including configuration, data flow, integrations, and UI issues
• Ensure smooth and accurate data exchange between HCM, payroll, attendance, LMS, and other systems

• Manage ongoing engagement with HR technology partners and service providers
