HR Tech - Data Analyst

The Americas Zone HR Tech team is in search of a driven HR Data Analyst to support the smooth delivery of HR Tech services and provide comprehensive data analysis, focusing on supporting the Americas Zone. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming raw HR data into actionable insights through advanced data manipulation, statistical analysis, and reporting. You will also assist in the operations and maintenance of HR Tech systems, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), aiding in process enhancements, and collaborating with the Americas Zone team, Global team, and external partners to foster a data-centric approach to HR.
