FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 50 sales companies, more than 3.700 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants is seeking a dynamic and motivated graduate that will be part of our HR department in the HQ in Bologna as HR Talent Acquisition Intern for a 6 months internship .

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs to attract top talent
  • Update and maintain our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
