Industrial Trainee - HR Talent Acquisition supporting recruitment and HR tasks at a global semiconductor leader in Kulim, Malaysia.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities such as resume sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offering, and onboarding
  • Maintaining data in recruiting tools
  • Assisting HR administration tasks including HRD Corp claimable student grant and student hiring registration/declaration in Talent Corp
  • Supporting career fair and university relations activities
  • Contributing to HR improvement projects and tasks

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Development with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above
  • Proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and reading)
  • Keen and willing to learn talent acquisition role
