This role sits at the crossroads of HRIS architecture, data governance, automation, and analytics, with Workday as the core platform.You will act as a key actor of our People Data & Systems roadmap, ensuring systems reliability, data quality, and scalable integrations while enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Working closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, and external vendors, you will help transform our People stack into a robust, interconnected, and future-ready data platform.
