Job Description
To lead and govern the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR systems, standards, and governance frameworks by ensuring that all HR policies, procedures, systems, data and reports are compliant with regulatory requirements, aligned with corporate governance, financially sound, and analytically reliable. The HRSS Manager serves as the central authority for HR compliance, systems integrity, audit readiness, and HR data governance, enabling HRTO and Management to make informed, defensible, and compliant people-related decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Management, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- Strong foundation in HR governance, compliance, ethical practice, HR systems, and data integrity.
