Join a energetic HR team in Burnaby, BC, as an HR Systems Analyst focusing on PeopleSoft solutions. Utilize your SQL skills to improve HR applications and user experiences. In this full time role for approximately 18 months, you'll support HR applications and ensure optimal utilization of the PeopleSoft Talent Management System.

Reporting to the Manager of HR Digital Solutions, you'll conduct technical training, manage system issues, and analyze business requirements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for system issue resolution
  • Train HR users on system functionalities
  • Conduct feasibility analyses on HR applications
