HR System Project Officer - 3 Month Contract

A reputable, well-established manufacturing business based on Brisbane’s northside is seeking a hands-on HR System Project Officer to support the delivery of several key HR projects. This short-term assignment is ideal for an experienced HR professional who can work autonomously to drive system implementation through to completion.

This role requires proven, practical experience with Employment Hero and a strong understanding of payroll and HR systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and finalise the full implementation and rollout of Employment Hero as the primary platform;
• Manage system integration with MYOB and progress workforce/facial recognition system implementation;
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure functionality, process documentation and utilisation.
