HR Systems Management
Administer and maintain HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, ADP) including configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA) across all HR systems.
Perform routine audits, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
Integration & Automation
Develop and manage integrations between HR systems (e.g., HRIS ATS payroll) using APIs, ETL tools, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
Automate HR workflows (e.g., onboarding, benefits enrollment) via scripting (Python, PowerShell) or low-code platforms (e.g., Lark, Zapier).
Technical Support & Optimization
Resolve Tier 2/3 issues related to HR systems, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalability improvements.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
