POSITION IS FULLY ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK!
Responsibilities
+ Process and audit semi-monthly or bi-weekly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance.
+ Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
+ Coordinate open enrollment and communicate with employees regarding benefits.
+ Track leaves of absence and serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries.
+ Coordinate with external vendors, such as payroll and benefits brokers.
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including pre-employment checks and new hire orientation.
+ Assist with job postings, candidate scheduling, and recruiting coordination.
