HR Support - Fixed Term (Coslada)

We are looking for a Human Resources Support, to contribute on a very specific project in our company Dematic in human resources generalist tasks.

This is a full time fixed-term opportunity (up to 12 months), which will give you the following responsibilities:

• Address basic questions from employees and front-line managers, ensuring a prompt and supportive response.
• Execute tactical and operational HR activities across the employee life-cycle, encompassing: onboarding, new hire check-ins, mobility verification letters, and conducting thorough exit interviews.
• Support in maintaining accurate and insightful HR data in Workday.
• Ensure precision in HR data validation processes, upholding the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
• Manage the complete learning process related actions and tasks in Workday and according to the local learning plan.
