Job Description

The HR Staff will be responsible for leading daily HR operations and guiding the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. The role includes handling end-to-end recruitment processes such as sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. The HR Staff will also manage and maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and all HR-related documentation. In addition, they will support payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and assist in addressing employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The position also involves coordinating closely with management to implement HR initiatives and support organizational goals.
