Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing policies for recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation and benefits administration, employee services, training and development, organizational development, occupational health and safety, medical services, and other administrative functions.
The goal is to attract, retain, and motivate talent aligned with the company's operational needs, while promoting a harmonious labor environment.
Reports directly to the General Manager and oversees the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
Leads, supervises, and occasionally executes the recruitment, selection, and hiring process for indirect personnel.
Coordinates staffing actions to meet the minimum personnel requirements for new or existing plants.
Listens, follows up, and resolves employee conflicts raised by managers, supervisors, and staff.
